This Promotions, Limited-Time Offers & Mystery Gift Policy applies to promotional offers made by Maison Rose, operated by STMSD LTD, on trymaisonrose.com. It forms part of our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. Mystery Gift Offer

Where a product page, cart, checkout page, or promotion states that a Mystery Gift is included, eligible customers will receive one complimentary Mystery Gift with their qualifying order.

A Mystery Gift is a physical promotional item selected by Maison Rose. The exact item may not be revealed before checkout; however, it is included at $0.00, has no cash value, and does not create any subscription, recurring charge, future purchase obligation, or membership obligation.

Unless a promotion clearly states otherwise, the Mystery Gift offer is available for one Mystery Gift per qualifying order while promotional stock is available. The Mystery Gift may differ from images used in promotional material, but it will be a complimentary item of reasonable value selected for the promotion.

A qualifying order is a genuine order placed directly through trymaisonrose.com that is accepted by Maison Rose, has not been cancelled or flagged as fraudulent, and includes the product or bundle specifically advertised with the Mystery Gift offer. The Mystery Gift is not sold separately and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, another product, or a discount.

If a Mystery Gift is unavailable after an order is placed, we may provide a comparable complimentary item or remove the Mystery Gift from the order at no charge. We will not charge you for a Mystery Gift because it is unavailable.

2. Email and Mystery Gift Promotions

Some Mystery Gift promotions may invite you to provide an email address so we can deliver the offer, communicate promotion details, or contact you about your order. Providing an email address for a promotional offer does not create a purchase obligation, subscription, recurring payment, or automatic membership.

If you choose to receive marketing communications, you may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us at info@trymaisonrose.com. We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Limited-Time Offers

From time to time, Maison Rose may offer a special price, bundle discount, free gift, or other promotion described as a Limited-Time Offer, Limited Offer, Bundle & Save, or similar wording.

A limited-time offer is valid only for the product, bundle, period, quantity, market, and conditions clearly shown on the relevant product page, cart, checkout page, or promotional landing page. When an offer has a fixed end date or time, the applicable end date, time, and time zone will be shown with the offer.

If a countdown is displayed, it represents the remaining time for the specific promotion shown. When that promotion ends, the displayed offer will no longer be available unless Maison Rose launches a separate, clearly identified promotion with its own terms.

Limited-time offers are subject to product availability. An offer is confirmed only after we accept the order and payment is successfully authorized. We may limit quantities per customer, household, order, payment method, or shipping address where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, misuse, resale, or technical error.

4. Bundle Prices and Savings Claims

Where a product page offers a bundle, multi-pack, or quantity promotion, the product page and cart will show the applicable bundle price before you complete payment. Any stated saving, discount, regular price, or comparison price applies only to the bundle or option clearly identified with that statement.

Unless the product page explicitly says otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined with another discount code, promotion, gift offer, or store credit. The price shown in your cart and at checkout before payment is the price that applies to your order.

5. Optional Cart Add-Ons

If we offer an optional service or add-on, such as Shipping Protection, it will be identified separately in the cart or at checkout. Optional add-ons are not required to purchase a product and may be removed before checkout. The price of any optional add-on will be shown before payment.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Promotional Items

Our Refund Policy applies to the paid items in your order. A Mystery Gift has no cash value and is not eligible for a separate refund, exchange, or store credit unless it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you return all paid items from a qualifying order, you may keep the Mystery Gift at no charge unless we specifically informed you before purchase that the particular promotion required the gift to be returned. We will not deduct a Mystery Gift value from your refund unless that condition was clearly displayed before you completed payment.

If a paid product is returned only in part, any refund will be calculated according to the actual paid price of the returned item and our Refund Policy. The original shipping cost remains non-refundable except where stated in our Refund Policy or required by law.

7. Corrections, Changes, and Errors

We make reasonable efforts to present promotions accurately. If a typographical, technical, pricing, availability, or promotional error occurs, we may correct the error, withdraw the affected promotion, or cancel an order where necessary. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a refund for the cancelled order.

We will not change the price or material promotional terms of an order after it has been accepted, except where you agree to the change or where a clear and material error requires cancellation and refund.
