Order Processing (Handling Time)
- Handling Time: We process orders within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT) will be processed the next business day.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. If we anticipate a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Free Shipping: Orders totalling $89 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.
All shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Estimated Delivery Times (Transit Time)
Our delivery times are estimated based on carrier transit times:
- United States: 7–14 business days
- International: 5–14 business days (depending on destination)
Note: Total delivery time = Handling Time (1–3 days) + Transit Time. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or high-demand periods.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–72 hours. You can also track your order at any time by visiting our Track Order page.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring they provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Maison Rose is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, a reshipping fee may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@trymaisonrose.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Lost: If your package shows no tracking update for more than 10 business days after dispatch, please contact us so we can file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, Maison Rose is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and vary by country.
