Refund Policy

At Maison Rose (operated by STMSD LTD), your satisfaction is our priority. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unworn or unused
- With all tags and original packaging included
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
1. How to Initiate a Return
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. To start a return, contact our dedicated support team at info@trymaisonrose.com.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2. Return Shipping Costs
We value honesty and fairness in our process. Here is how shipping costs are handled:
- Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item: If the issue is our fault (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect product), please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs or provide a free replacement.
- Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you purchased the wrong size/color or simply no longer want the item, you (the customer) are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to officially post the refund to your account.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
- Contact your bank (there is often some processing time before a refund is completed). If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@trymaisonrose.com.
6. Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges (for example, for a different size or color). The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. Exclusions
Maison Rose does not accept returns for:
- Items sent back without prior authorization.
- Used, damaged, or altered items (not in original condition).
- Products explicitly marked as non-returnable (e.g., gift cards).
