Pricing and Availability

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website or at checkout. Where USD is displayed, prices are in U.S. dollars.

The product price, shipping cost, any optional add-on, applicable tax, discount, and total payable amount will be shown before you complete your purchase. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion or foreign transaction fees that we do not control.

We may change prices, product availability, promotions, and discounts for future orders at any time. We may also limit quantities or discontinue products. Orders

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the cancelled amount to the original payment method.

We may reasonably limit or refuse orders that appear to be placed for unauthorized resale or commercial distribution.

Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charge. Payments are subject to approval, authentication, and processing by the payment provider.

Shipping

Order processing times, shipping costs, estimated delivery times, tracking, customs information, and procedures for delayed, lost, or damaged parcels are described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Delays may occur because of carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, high-demand periods, or other events outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or dispatch.

Nothing in this section limits any delivery rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Returns, Refunds, and Consumer Rights

Our voluntary 30-day return process, eligibility requirements, exchanges, damaged or incorrect items, non-returnable items, and refund timing are described in our Refund Policy.

If you are a consumer, you may also have mandatory legal rights. For example, eligible UK distance-sale customers generally have a legal right to cancel within 14 days after receiving goods, followed by a further period in which to return them, subject to applicable exceptions. Order Cancellations

We may cancel an order before it is processed or dispatched. Once an order has been processed, packed, dispatched, or handed to a fulfilment partner or carrier, we may be unable to stop it, and the return process may apply instead.

This operational cancellation process does not limit any statutory cancellation or withdrawal right available to you under applicable law.

Promotions, Gifts, and Optional Add-Ons

Promotions, bundle prices, discount codes, limited-time offers, Mystery Gifts, and optional add-ons such as Shipping Protection may be subject to additional terms displayed on the product page, in the cart, at checkout, or in our Promotions Policy.

Optional add-ons are not required to purchase a product and may be removed before checkout. A complimentary Mystery Gift is shown at $0.00, has no cash value, and does not by itself create a subscription, recurring payment, membership, or future purchase obligation.

Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined or applied retroactively. We may reasonably limit, correct, suspend, or withdraw an offer because of availability, fraud, misuse, or a genuine technical or pricing error. An accepted paid order cancelled by us will be refunded as required by these Terms and applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content on trymaisonrose.com, including text, images, graphics, logos, icons, product descriptions, videos, and website design, is owned by or licensed to STMSD LTD and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

User Content

If you voluntarily submit a review, photo, video, comment, testimonial, suggestion, or other content, you grant STMSD LTD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, edit for formatting or length, publish, display, and distribute that content in connection with Maison Rose, our website, products, customer communications, and marketing.

If you are a consumer outside England and Wales, you continue to benefit from any mandatory protections provided by the laws of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms prevents you from bringing a claim in a court available to you under applicable consumer law.

Severability and Waiver

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure or delay by us in enforcing a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies and any additional terms expressly displayed and accepted in connection with a product, promotion, or subscription, form the agreement between you and STMSD LTD regarding your use of the website and your purchase.

Subscription Policy

Some Maison Rose products may be offered as recurring subscriptions.

By purchasing a subscription product, you authorize STMSD LTD, trading as Maison Rose, to charge your selected payment method automatically at the price and interval clearly shown before checkout, unless and until you cancel the subscription.

Subscription Billing

The subscription product, quantity, price, billing frequency, delivery frequency, shipping cost, minimum term if any, and renewal details will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Unless the offer clearly states a fixed term or a different renewal arrangement, your subscription renews automatically at the selected interval until cancelled.

By starting a subscription, you authorize recurring charges without separate approval for each renewal payment. This authorization does not permit us to charge a different amount or use a different billing interval without the notice and consent required by applicable law.

If a payment method is declined, expired, unavailable, or otherwise fails, we may retry the payment and may pause, delay, or cancel the affected subscription order until payment succeeds.

Subscription Changes

You may be able to update your shipping address, payment method, product quantity, delivery frequency, or next billing date through your customer account or the subscription management link provided in your subscription emails. You may also contact us at info@trymaisonrose.com.

Changes must be requested before the next subscription order is processed. Once an order has been processed, packed, dispatched, or handed to a fulfilment partner or carrier, we may be unable to change or stop that order.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time without a cancellation fee, subject to any minimum commitment clearly disclosed and accepted before purchase.

Your cancellation must be completed before the next billing date to avoid the next renewal charge. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically cancel or refund a subscription order that has already been processed or dispatched.

Nothing in this section limits a statutory cancellation, refund, or other consumer right.

Refunds for Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are subject to our Refund Policy and all applicable consumer laws.

A subscription cancellation normally applies to future renewals. It does not by itself create a refund for an order already processed before cancellation, unless our Refund Policy or applicable law provides otherwise.

Subscription Pricing and Availability

We may change subscription products, availability, shipping costs, or terms for future renewal periods. Where required by law, we will give you clear advance notice of a material change and explain how to cancel before the change takes effect.

We may pause or discontinue a subscription offering. If we cancel an already-paid subscription order and do not provide the product, we will refund the affected amount.

We may send subscription confirmations, renewal notices, payment notices, change notices, and cancellation information to the email address associated with your subscription, as required by applicable law.
