Tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to become active.

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible, items must be new, unused, unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with any tags, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase included.

To start a return, contact us at info@trymaisonrose.com before sending anything back. If accepted, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can provide an appropriate solution.

We do not charge a restocking fee. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
