Returns

30-Day Returns

You can request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your item. Email info@trymaisonrose.com with your order number, and we’ll provide return instructions and the correct address.

For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged, with any supplied tags and accessories. Reasonable inspection, as you would in a shop, is allowed. Include original packaging where reasonably available.

Return costs: You pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. We cover necessary return costs for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed items. We do not charge restocking fees. Original delivery charges are normally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, except where required by law.

Refunds: Eligible refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item, or sooner where legally required. This period includes inspection. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.

Your statutory cancellation and faulty-goods rights remain unaffected by these conditions or the 30-day return window.
